China University of Technology Hotels – Reviews of Hotels Near CUTE

With an abbreviation of CUTE, the China University of Technology was destined to be something special. Far from being cute, this big and imposing building was originally founded in 1965, but as with many educational and learning centers in Taiwan it underwent a number of name changes throughout its history. In the year of its founding it was known as the Chinese Municipal Vocational School, and then the China Junior College of Industrial and Commercial Management a couple of decades later, both of which are decidedly less catchy.

The China University of Technology Hotels is located within the Wenshan District, and although this is not hugely popular with tourists, there is still plenty to see and do within this district. The Wenshan District is the home of the Taipei Zoo, which is arguably the biggest attraction in the area and is also one of the most popular attractions in the entire city of Taipei.

Many tourists choose to head for the zoo via the Taipei Zoo Station, before heading back to their chosen destination in another district once they have seen all there is to see. However, if the China University of Technology and the Taipei Zoo are the main attractions on your agenda then you might as well book into a hotel in the region. There isn’t a huge choice here, as this is a small region, but the options below are both comfortable and affordable, giving you everything you need for an enjoyable holiday in this modern city.

If none of them take your fancy then there are other options available. You can stay in one of the districts that borders Wenshan, before heading into Wenshan via a rented car, a taxi or a train. Transport is fast and easy to come by in Taipei, so there are plenty of options when it comes to getting around.
