Bus line 17 now connecting Anping Harbor and Dagang

Want to travel the Anping Harbor with rich heritage in one day, and the taste the delicious seafood in Dagang? Now, you don’t need to worry about the tiredness of driving. The bus line 17 Happiness has now connected Anping Harbor and Dagang in the weekend. So the tourists can enjoy both location, and don’t need to regret for the trade-off you have to make. The Transpiration Bureau suggests that the tourists can take more advantage of the Happiness bus line 17 to enjoy the tour of happiness.

The chef of the Transportation Bureau, Zhang Zhenyuan, says the surrounding area of Anping Harbor has rich heritage (such as Anping Old Fort, Kehui Kiln, Eternal Golden Castle and others), and has reputation for good food. Gaoxiong and Dagang are famous for the distribution centers for fish. The fish markets that have sea fish, crab, shrimp, conch and other seafood can be find anywhere. Before, there is no bus line between the two harbor. The tourists have to return to the Tainan Train Station to take the bus to the different harbor, which is the main reason that tourists give up one of the harbors. In order to reduce the regrets of the tourists, the Transportation Bureau has opened the bus line 17 of Happiness, connecting Anping Harbor and Dagang.

The chef of the Transportation Bureau, Zhang Zhenyuan, states that in order to reduce the impact on the traffic caused by increased tourists and cars in the holiday and weekend. Recently, Tainan Buses has opened line 2, 19, tourist line 88, 77, and circling line 77-1 in Anping holiday, and the light traveling bus to Dagang.

Bus line 17 is not only the connecting bus between two harbors directly. It passes Eternal Golden Castle, Sausage Museum, Bird’s Nest Tourist Factory, Golden Coast, Cheting seaside recreation area. So tourists can use the line 17 bus to enjoy the tour on the way, no matter you get to Anping or Dagang first.

1. Take the tourist bus line 2, 19, 88 at the South Tainan Bus Station in front of Tainan Train Station, then take the line 77-1 Anping Holiday to different attractions in Anping. In front of the Aboriginal Cultural Museum, you can take line 17 to go to Dagang Tourist Fish Market, tasting the fresh seafood.
2. Take the bus line 77 in front of Shangri-La hotel behind the Tainan Train Station to Anping, you can take line 17 to go to Dagang Tourist Fish Market, tasting the fresh seafood.
3. Take the bus line 1 at the South Tainan Bus station in front of Tainan Train station to Cheting, and get off at the Qilou Telecommunication Bureau, walk about 500 meters you can get to the Dagang Tourist Fish Market. 100 meters away from the fish market is the Dagang Parking lot. There, you can take the bus line 17 to Anping.
4. During the holiday, several line will extend to the Aboriginal Cultural Museum, when you take H-31 from the high speed train station. Then take the line 77-1 Anping Holiday to different attractions in Anping. You take line 17 to go to Dagang Tourist Fish Market, tasting the fresh seafood.
